General conditions
These general conditions apply to the purchase of products through the website www.massimozero.com owned by Massimo Zero Srl, Tax ID/VAT no. 02713190219 – E.A.R. BZ199423 – Bolzano Business Registry no. 02713190219, Share Capital € 57.000,00 fully paid up.
By entering the order on the website www.massimozero.com, you acknowledge and declare that you have read all the information provided during the purchasing procedure and to fully accept the General terms of sale listed below.

Registration and purchase procedure
You do not need to register in order to purchase from our website www.massimozero.com . Simply select a product and the desired quantity and provide a few personal details needed to invoice and ship the order. Successful order placement is confirmed by the system with an email, sent to the email address you have entered. This confirmation message will include Order Number, date and time of the order, product name, quantity and price. If you create a customer account, you can check order status and your past order history. If you wish to register, follow the registration procedure and once completed you will receive a registration confirmation email. In both cases, you must guarantee that you are over 18 and that the personal details you provide are true, accurate, up-to-date, belonging to the person entering them or entered with the consent of the person concerned. You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided. In case of changes or mistakes in the data provided, it will be your responsibility to inform us of such changes as soon as possible.
Method of payment
You can pay for products purchased on our websitewww.massimozero.com by advance bank transfer or with a Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover and JCB credit card. When the order is confirmed, your credit card data will be transferred by protected connection to the selected payment service for authorisation and processing. If payment is made by advance bank transfer, your order will be processed only after we receive confirmation of payment from the bank. Prices
All the prices listed in our website www.massimozero.com are in Euro. The price is shown in the website next to the picture of each product. The prices shown in the website include VAT (Value Added Tax) and exclude any additional costs for shipment and delivery which, if applicable, will be indicated with messages in the website and specifically pointed out during the purchase procedure. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, it being understood that the price applied to a single sale will be the price shown in the website at the time of placing the order. There are no minimum amounts needed to place an order.
Availability of products
You can only purchase products available in the electronic catalogue in our website www.massimozero.com at the time the order is placed and in the quantity available in stock. If the product quantities ordered exceed the number available in stock, the system will exclude them from the order without changing the other single items entered.
Delivery method and charges
The website www.massimozero.com accepts orders for delivery in Italy. Delivery will be made by carrier to the address you have entered when placing the order and not later than 10 days from receipt of payment. For orders up to € 29.99, delivery charge is € 5; for orders of € 30.00 or more, delivery is free.
When you receive the goods from the carrier, you should check:
– that the number of packages matches the number shown in the transport document;
– that the packaging is intact, undamaged, dry and untampered.
Damage to packaging and/or products or incorrect number of packages or descriptions, must be reported immediately and the words “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” written on the carrier’s delivery slip. Once you have signed the carrier’s document, you will not be able to raise any objections about the external conditions of the products delivered.
Invoicing and transport documents
Every order is accompanied by an invoice. The details entered in the invoice are those provided when placing the order, most importantly Tax payer's code, Company name and VAT number. No changes can be made once the invoice has been issued, which takes place immediately after payment of the full amount has been made. The invoice is placed inside the package and sent with the goods.
Complaints
Any complaints regarding the products may be raised by email to the following address shop@massimozero.com in terms compatible with the characteristics of the food product purchased and the perishable nature of the product; in any case, never after the expiry date shown on the product. No liability shall be accepted for poor product conditions due to improper storage after delivery. Complaints should be reported by email to shop@massimozero.com.
Right of withdrawal
Customers’ rights are protected by Legislative Decree No.206/2005 Consumers’ Code.
As set forth in the above mentioned Legislative Decree, right of withdrawal does not apply in the event of: “contracts for the supply of foodstuffs, beverages or other goods intended for everyday consumption supplied to the consumer’s home, place of residence or workplace, by distributors who make frequent, regular deliveries”.
Privacy
The personal data requested when placing an order are collected and processed to fulfil the express requests of customers and will never be transferred to third parties. Our website www.massimozero.comguarantees compliance with regulations on personal data processing set forth by the privacy code under Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003. Limitation of liability
The seller shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, incorrect or failed delivery due to force majeure causes or chance events, such as, inter alia: natural calamities, adverse weather conditions (such as intense snowfall), strike (by our own or other personnel), accidents involving vehicles, explosions or any other similar or different cause beyond the control of www.massimozero.com and not attributable to the latter, including pre-existing causes, that prevent or affect performance of the contract in full or in part. The seller shall not be liable for disruption or failure of the Internet when beyond its control. Lastly, the seller shall not be liable for fraudulent, unlawful or unauthorised use of credit cards or other payment methods by third parties. The seller reserves the right to amend all or part of these General Terms of Sale; users are therefore invited to periodically read the above document to keep up-to-date with the conditions applied. Purchasing through the website following amendments to the General Terms of Sale implies acceptance of the changes made.
