Classical Breading
For a crispy breading, tasty and easy to prepare. Consists of coating the product after dipping it in beaten egg or milk, or brushing its surface with a bit of oil. Excellent for fillings and gratins.
Ingredients: corn flour, corn, caramelized sugar (1.4%), salt. It may contain SOY.
Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight and heat sources. Close the jar after use.
