Caserecce

A very old type of pasta from Sicily, it is now popular throughout central and southern Italy. It is also called “Fusilli artigianali” or “Fusilli a doppia s”, because of its twisted shape; it pairs perfectly with sauces and ingredients of the Mediterranean tradition.

Ingredients: Corn Flour (90%), rice flour (10%),water.
